Arlette is a project officer at ELO with an academic background in Political Science from VUB and an MSc in Conflict and Development Studies from Ugent. Born to Rwandan political refugees in Congo and raised in the Netherlands, Arlette possesses a multicultural upbringing that has profoundly shaped her worldview.
