Preventing Damage, Building Understanding Fieldwork on Coexistence in Italy’s Maremma Region and Cuneo Province

As part of its ongoing efforts to support coexistence between livestock farmers and large carnivores, the CoCo project has launched new field activities this July in Italy. Researchers are visiting key regions at the forefront of human-wildlife interactions to understand local challenges, gather first-hand insights, and strengthen damage prevention strategies.
