Caspar is German and holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and management. He has a background with agriculture, forestry and renewable energies. At ELO, he contributes to advancing and support the Coordinator ELO / FCS / Forum for Ag Brussels/ YFCS. He is particularly interested and motivated by the opportunities that arise from the networking activities, which he helps to shape.
