Scaling up Water Resilience in Agriculture for the Future

7 March, 2024
The Case of EUWAY

On Thursday, March 7, at the European Parliament, the ‘Scaling up Water Resilience in Agriculture for the Future: The Case of EUWAY’ conference, co-organised under the auspices of MEP Camilla Laureti, will explore the topic of Water management in agriculture.

This topic is vital to Europe, especially following President von der Leyen’s speech during the State of the Union and the Commission’s intention to present an initiative for water resilience in the first quarter of 2024. The second goal is to present the findings of the EUWAY project, which provides key ideas on how farms and policymakers can react to increasing water scarcity in Europe.
